What is all around us?

As I said before, there are things all around us that cause cancer. I love the old statement,
" environmental cancer" , as if we have no control over our enviornment. Well, I have found that our homes can be toxic.
Here are a few more things to think about as you clean up your enviornment.

If you are concerned with breast cancer, add linseed or flaxseed to your daily diet. If you are concerned with diabetes, add cinnamon to your daily diet. It has been found that coloring your hair is linked to lymphoma. IF you have acid reflux, heartburn or indigestion take a spoonful of raw apple cider vinegar. Do not use “antiperspirant” (this blocks your ability to sweat and this can block your lymphatic system) You can find natural alternatives at Trader Joes and Whole Foods.Do not use anything with aluminum under your arms. Do not use “sodium laurel sulphates." Read your shampoo and soap bottles. You will be shocked at how many products contain this ingredient. Do not use propylene glycol which is the main ingredient in antifreeze. It is also in many household items such as cosmetics, toothpaste, lotions, processed foods, etc. Do not use chemicals to clean your house. The FDA does not regulate what is put in cleaning products. You can get a lot of clean out of vinegar water and a bit of lemon. Baking soda and Borax are great too. Avoid dry cleaning… the chemicals cause cancer… at least air out the clothes before wearing them after cleaning if you cannot get away from it all together. Vitamin E deficiency increases the risk of Leukemia. Iodine deficiency increases the risk of thyroid cancer. Choline deficiency increases the risk of cancer of the liver. Zinc deficiencies can lead to prostate cancer. Vitamin A deficiencies can lead to tumors. Eat organic or kosher meats. The added hormones in meat and DES (diethylstilbestrol) speed development in young women. Try to buy organic fruits and vegetables. At Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center they found that 99% of all tumors removed from patients had pesticides in them. Hmmmmm. Only buy NO RBST dairy products. (Available at Trader Joes and Whole Foods) This means there are no hormones in these dairy products. Eat lunch meats and hot dogs that do not have nitrates. Nitrates can cause cancer. Get natural sunlight daily, it is one of the most healing things you can do. One of the things we all need to know is that after years of consumption of chemicals in our diets and products we use daily, we have toxins in our systems. It is important to get these toxins out. Find a natural doctor to aid you in the proper plan for you.www.acam.org/dr_search/index.php If you know someone with cancer have them check out essiac tea. It can be found online, and it is so great that they use it in England to shrink tumors before surgery.
___________________ The following is a list of things I have done to cleanse my body…(I would not suggest doing any of these things without a licensed professional naturalist. Also, I am not a doctor and am not licensed to tell you what to do). Colon CleanseLiver and Gall bladder cleanseParasite CleanseCandida Cleanse I also take probiotics to replace the friendly bacteria. It has come to my attention that cancer can only grow in cells if they are not fully oxygenated. The lymphatic system needs to move and you can do this by walking or bouncing on a mini trampoline. Your lymphatic system is responsible for removing toxins. It does not have a pump like your heart, so it is important to keep it moving. Drink 8-10 glasses of pure water. Keep a watch on your PH levels too. If your body is too acidic, you can be more prone to cancer and other problems. Drink water with fresh lemon to get your PH back to normal.
